Shopping Tips for Families
As you begin gathering supplies, here are a few tips to help stretch your budget:
- Shop early while popular items are still well stocked.
- Watch for weekly sales on notebooks, crayons, pencils, glue sticks, and folders.
- Label backpacks, lunch boxes, and reusable water bottles before the first day of school.
- If you’re able, consider purchasing an extra box of tissues, disinfecting wipes, or pencils to donate to a classroom. Teachers always appreciate additional supplies throughout the year.
